How fast will I receive my designs?

Most requests are delivered within 48 hours. Larger pieces, like full websites, are broken into milestones so you always see progress.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?

No. Add as many as you like to the queue. We work through them one at a time so each gets our full attention.

What if I don't like the design?

You can request unlimited revisions until it's right. If a direction isn't working, we'll restart it with you rather than patch it.

Do I own the files?

Yes. Every source file, export and asset is yours to keep from the day it's delivered, whether you stay subscribed or not.
