These are the terms that apply to this website and to the design subscriptions offered by Altair. By using the site or subscribing, you agree to them.

Subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly in advance. You may pause or cancel at any time, and cancellation stops the next payment. Work already delivered stays yours.

Requests and turnaround

Requests are worked on in the order they are received, one or two at a time depending on your plan. Turnaround times are averages, not guarantees, and depend on feedback being supplied promptly.

Revisions

You can request unlimited revisions on active work until it matches the brief. If a direction is not working we will restart it rather than patch it.

Ownership

On delivery and payment, you own the final designs and source files produced for you. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Acceptable use

You agree not to send unlawful, misleading or infringing material, and not to use the service to build something that breaks the rights of others.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous three months.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
