This page explains what information Altair collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, project type, budget range and message you choose to send. We also store the date of the message. We do not ask for, or store, payment details on this site.
Why we use it
We use your message only to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal, and to keep a record of work we have discussed. We never sell your details.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics is enabled, it is privacy-friendly analytics that does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years, then deleted. If we start working together, project records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to send you a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email us and we will act on it within 30 days.
